"For an upcoming project we needed to locate a couple of under ground electrical conduits as well as water lines owned by the local water department. I should mention that the water department for years could not locate their water lines due to their tracer wire being broken. After calling a couple different companies, we choose NorCal Utility Pros because they were upfront and transparent about the process and the cost which was very reasonable. Instead of having to wait days or weeks to get the utilities located for our project, they promptly came out the following day. Roger from NorCal showed up on time, was very polite and extremely professional throughout the whole process. After quickly locating all the underground electrical conduits and marking them on the job site, he turned his attention to locating the water department's long lost service lines. These were not easy to find but Roger successfully located them and spent the time to thoroughly make sure the pipes location was correct and marked them accordingly. We knew our job was not going to be the easiest but it went extremely smooth and quick thanks to Roger's experience, great care and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to call them first and use their services again for future projects."
